Filter to make white areas in an inmage transparent.

Note: for PSP the file Plugin.dll is needed, download it if you do not have it. You might also need the file msvcrt10.dll when the filter is not working. This DLL needs to be placed in the same folder as the .exe of your program (PSP or Photoshop)
