F4F-3 Template
Many thanks to Serval for hosting.
This text applies to all of my publicly available templates and my personal issue prototypes.
Please do not upload these templates at any other location.
Please do not alter these templates or take parts from them and re-upload them as “new” templates. If you are making a new template and would like to use some layers from them, then please ask first and give credit.
DO NOT REMOVE CREDITS, credits on these templates are for those people that have put their time into making them and people see all credits in their net cache folder, so please don’t do it.
These templates can not be used to make finished skins for “commercial” products, without my permission. All you have to do is ask.
All new templates will be both PS and PSP friendly, (should also work with Gimp).
(Any problems with compatibility can be reported back to me and can be fixed).
All my templates come fully layered for maximum flexibility.
All layers are labelled and in most cases layer sets are grouped together in folders for ease of use.
“The idea behind these templates is that the general bread and butter work is done for you. Headaches such as finding single pixel maps and crazy mirrors are on the most part already done for you. All lines and rivets will be on their own layer so that you may alter them to taste. Camouflage is also separated into layers so that you may (gradient map) change the colours with minimal fuss. It is up to the skinner to add their own personality to these templates to make finished skins. You only get out, what you put in. The template is only the starting point.”
Most of the early templates use the original mechanical layer. No credits are given for these layers as they are already public domain and most if not all should already know this. Credits are given for additional mechanical additions only.
Make as many skins from these templates as you like and upload them as you see fit.
