This file is needed to get the Photoshop plugins with the 8bf extension to work with Paintshop Pro. Also some Photoshop versions might need this dll-file. Only install it when you get an error asking for this file.

WARNING: Only instsall this to the program directory. Dropping this in your Windows system directory might influence behaviou of other programs. Never overwrite existing files. This will most likely break all programs that use this dll-file.
