Very Nice ! Lots of details
Btw, don't know if you wanted to represent French soldiers in the background, but these on the photo are British (or US ?), poor French "Poilus" in the trenches looked like that :

    With the Adrian helmet...

By the way, nobody mentioned it before but the name of the plane is evidently not "Le De Boches" but "Le Parfum De Boches" (i.e. "The smell of Krauts"!).

Indeed Mate ! That must be ! …It's a perfume spray bottle.
I thought the device on the drawing was some kind of insecticide spray, so the words "Le de boche" was meaning "the boche remover" … But in that case it would have been "Le dé-boche" with an accent…
    Cheers

I thought about it and my interpretation was rather like Gaël's: I was thinking of "Le Gazeur de Boches" or "Le tueur de Boches". Le parfum de boches seems a bit weird for some reason... I'm not excluding it, lind you, and I'd be interested in learning more about the aircraft, the nose art and the pilot...

Yeah... Maybe it's the sens that it sprays lead at the boches, so it's "Le vaporisateur de boche", "the boche spray"...
