In the template, I can't find,,,,,

1)I can't find the propeller and the exhauast manifold (where the exhaust comes out) on the Ta-152C template. Any suggestions? Also, 2)If I wanted to Paint a certain area and I wanted to make sure it had a straight outline. Is there a tool that I can use that would put a boundary on the area so that I could use the color fill tool or paint brush or Air gun and the paint wouldn't overfill the area thus keeping the painted line staight?

I'm not familiar with that template, so I can't answer question 1. For question 2, I think the marquee tool is what you'd want to use. This tutorial is for Photoshop, but it will easily translate to PSP tools, as well as GIMP tools.

1: Try the panel finder to locate things you are looking for.

Might be (as happened more often) that the area is only a few pixels. So, it might be a lengthy job to spot it.
