Hello Everyone, i'm looking to update my Graphics program to something more powerful i currently use PaintShop Pro X, what do you reccomend for fs9 texturing and General profiling?

I don't have PSPX, so I'm not sure on it's features. But I do know that quite a few people use PSP, usually version 9 or 10, to very good results. My preferred graphics app is an old copy of Photoshop Elements 2 that I bought years ago, and that almost certainly has fewer features than PSPX.

I purchased Photoshop about 7 years ago and have been now upgrading with every new release. I had used it mainly for photo restoration and post processing of digital photography. I've always had a fondness for WWII aircraft so I thought I'd dive into trying a profile or two. I'm hooked and I can't see using anything else.

Main thing i use it for is Profiling and FS9/X repaints, and i want to achieve new levels of complexity on both, Paintshop Pro X is a good program for repaints, but then again some of the things you can do with illustrator you cant with other programs, so if thats any help?

I really can't speak for PSP X as I do not own it or use it... I really like PSP interface and features and I just think that X version must be very good due to later dev than 7.0 of course. Also PSP integrates some vector design tools, quite interesting for a complete bitmap software....
Are you limited by integrated tools, bitmap or vector file management, or maybe plug-in compatibility ?
I am not a professional in graphics but sure the reason you would like to upgrade will help people to advise you.
