EFW?

I've been at skinning for a few months and getting better, may even submit some of my work here. But when I try to download templates from here, they are in .efw form and I cannot open them. Very frustrating. Any suggestions? Please note that just turning on my PC is a task, lol. There must be a way I can open these files, just can't find one.

This .efw format appears to be something related to CA Security Center trying to protect against malicious files. Are you running CA Security? If so you might try disabling or setting downloads from SPS as trusted.

After clicking the download button, you should be getting a dialog box which prompts you to save or open a .zip file (choose save). And when the download finished, a .zip is what is saved.
