For taking screenshots I use a little program called "Screenhunter", very cool - you can choose what format to save your screengrabs as i.e. .jpeg, .bmp etc. choose where to save them, choose what naming convention to use e.g. "MypicNo.1" etc.
You can choose to take a screenshot of the entire active window like the "Print Screen" does or you can choose to take a screenshot of a certain area which saves you cutting and trimming the image later as you just take a pic of the area you want................which is nice
A quick google should find it and the bonus is that you can take as many screenshots as you want without overwriting the last pic taken as it just adds a number to the end of the next picture's name.
