    Trying my first skin

I am trying to make a skin for the P-38-Late 1944. My problem is I am trying to put some camouflage over the wing and booms. I want the left and right wings and booms to be different but the template mirrors the left to the right. Can I get brid of the mirror effect and do the painting different on each side. I don't now if I'm explaing this right or not, could shure use some suggestions..

    Re: Trying my first skin

    Hi and welcome!

I seem to recall that the P-38 has a few mirrored areas on the booms and tails, and when I did my repaints there was no way to solve this. I faked my camo pattern so that it didn't look quite as mirrored, but I seem to recall the tail marks still didn't look very good?

The actual mirroring was built into the model though, and can't be changed unfortunately.
