Unfortunately I have no Luftwaffe aircraft....yet![]()
Dear all,
as many of you may have read in a previous post labeled "Luftwaffe contest", we are about to publish a book for german airforce during ww2 and we need PROFILES! (I cannot do the job all by myself)
Whoever feels like his work gets posted in the book is most welcome.
Note that your name and info will be mentioned in the book as well as your personal logo. Your chance to have your work published in a book!
Note that Greece has it's audience regarding History magazines and books so it is a good market with lots of opportunities.
Thank you for your attention
P.S. Believe in yourselves, anyone is capable of publishing his work. All you have to do is to find the right time to do it.
This is how I got started in the first place and I think that others in this site are far more better than me to stay anonymous...![]()

Immortal Thread Killer par excellence!
I might be doing some early Me 109E sometime soon if you're interested. When would the profiles be needed? I also have a few captured aircraft in Luftwaffe markings if you're interested.
Deadline is for September 1st...
thanks for the response guys, Stukas and Bf109s will be fine. I already made a Totenkopf Heinkel He 111 (from the squadron that bombed Rotterdam Harbour in 1940). I think that I will proceed with a Junkers Ju 88 and maybe a Bf 110 C.
By the way... did you Know that a bunch of Ju 88s bombed Bari port in Italy in 1943 revealing the deadly cargo of mustard gas bombs inside a merchant ship? The Allies intended to use the bombs against Berlin. President Roosevelt approved the cargo's transfer from the States because he feared that Hitler might use chemicals than losing the war...
maybe it would be interesting to post relative facts from time to time. It is nice to share knowledge. I think I just found a moto for this site...
Nice to share knowledge
Are those wheels red?
Yes, the crew of the specific plane was a little bit... Kinky!
actually it is red-brown. I have experimented some colors to get the best of rubber feel. It has to get more brownish though... Do you know the right color for the Luftwaffe wheels?
My knowledge of Luftwaffe colours and equipment is unfortunately very basic. I'd never heard of red-brown tires.
I supose it was relative to the crew's mood...![]()
