    Gimp 2.6 released

    Gimp 2.6 is now available for download for Windows and Linux. Several interesting new features are included.Changes to the UI simplify and streamline the work space. Also new is panning beyond the edge of the canvas, something I have missed in previous releases. And there is some early GEGL support and more.
