    Pete in Lae (New Guinea)

    Heelooo Y'all !

Thought it time to inject more Pacific stuff in here with y'all going mad on choppers and Luftwaffe etc. Here is a 'Pete' from seaplane tender Kiyokawa Maru which took on a RAAF Hudson on 10 March 1942, offshore Lae, New Guinea. Yes, the ship's log shows the tail code as R-12! Pretty sure I have the rest of the markings right, unless the cowl was black Sooooo, are my markings right ?

    AGNT Matt,

noooo, less of the Luftwaffe and MORE of the Pacific ! But, I do agree with "yay a floatie". Remember that 'WW2 Pacific' rules OK!

The water would look cool as a sparkling, scattered reflection.
