Spitfire mk 9 resource request!
Hello everyone! Noobling me here
I was wandering if anyone known any sites where i can get some high def. large line drawings of a spitfire Mk 9? I have searched and searched but have only found 300x100 px 56k blurry profiles of mk 1's... Can anyone help?
I want a plane which i can profile parallel with my finishing BAe-146. I have learnt TONNES from you guys over the past few weeks and think that i have finally got enough skillz to pull off a proper profile. So lets hope 5th times a charm, and i can spew out a decent Spitty which you guys can correct for me
Thanks!
BP

Re: Spitfire mk 9 resource request!
There arn't any good line drawings for the Spit that I know of.
I have lots, but same old story, lay them over the top of each other and not one lines up with any other. Go to Airliners.net get as many profile photographs as you can and take your best shot at making your own.
I'd be interested in checking your resulting shape next to mine when you are done
Click my sig to go to my construction site then check out my Mk V's on there, remember Mk IX is really an up engined Mk.V airframe.

Re: Spitfire mk 9 resource request!
I havn't got any line drawing experience, so i think i might have to skip that stage and go for some outlines of a already done drawing/linedrawing.
Had a look at your site! ... it scared me a little :P

Re: Spitfire mk 9 resource request!
I work min 300dpi, max 600dpi, but 300dpi gives great results at A3.

Re: Spitfire mk 9 resource request!
3.4 GHz
3Gb Ram
From my experience it should be enough to handle it ... but i guess that PS does reserve the right to surprise one ^^
