    Yet another antique! Vulcan 2B

Somebody once said that if you put your head up above the parapet, somebody will knock it off. Never a truer word in this forum. BH said I work different. He was probably right. Sorry if I'm swimming upstream,, but c'est la guerre. Wouldn't it be boring if I worked like everybody else? Some of the aircraft I see seem to have been built in a shipyard there are so many fancy rivets. What's happened is that I have been so used to working in 3D that I tend to see things in a different light. Thus my aircraft have actually to look flyable, not just flat illustrations. No doubt after another twenty or so I might actually achieve this. Anyway, here's another pot boiler. You'll notice I've gone against the grain once more by giving a size indicator!

Whats LFMAO ? From the rapid supply of what appear to be accurate drawings, it would seem that I've carefully provided a heap of recyclable you know what. At least I gave it a go.
Sorry for wasting your time folks.
Couldn't get my hands on any decent drawings, which is a great pity.

Ho hum, back to the drawing board.

From what I can remember when I started this bird, your shape and lighting look good.

Wow! Now that is the way to do it.
Looks like I've got, a) the wing angle wrong, b) fuzzed the camo when I shouldn't have, c) made a right
you-know-what of the shading, and generally spoilt what should have been a nice job. Looks like the learning curve is considerably steeper than I thought. This sort of help is almost impossible to come by anywhere else, and I am most grateful to you guys.
Like the school report said,'must try harder'. At the very least I now have something to aim at.

    come on jester,

you can't just put LMFAO, is it any good, bearing in mind i have not done an in depth stydy of the aircraft or drawings, a quick glance and it looks somewhere near to my old eyes, and if it ain't no good then tell me now before i waste any more time scanning and joining the rest of the drawing.

Ian one of those guys that do's 9 good drawings and 1 bad one out of every ten he do's
