How does one make windows see through?

I am repainting a C47 for IL2 and I would like to know how to make the windows along the side see through. I am using Paint Shop Pro. Thanks.

What do you mean with making the windows see through?
They are allready transparent in the game.

Re: How does one make windows see through?

This C47 is a MOD and the void.bmp only has black squares for windows on the side of the fuselage. The windscreen for the pilots are clear but the windows on the side of the aircraft are not transparent. I would like to know how to make the windows going down the side of the fuselage see through. If that's possible. Thanks.

That is not possible in a skin.
Transparent areas are mapped to the model in the game.
The default skin is a TGA file which also contains an Alpha channel. In this Alpha channel you tell with black and white areas what should be transparent and what not.
