Thats not a bad start you have made there, the lighting looks very good (almost photographic). The colours do look a little washed out though, almost as if the aircraft is drawn in very strong sunlight (I'm in the UK and not used to seeing this so it might just be me). I think you have over used the "plastic" texture a little too much which has taken away a little too much of your detail, I do hope you saved the layers so you can step them back a bit?
Do be very careful when working from photographs to create your profiles, the front and back of the drawing looks like you have included some sort of perspective, its just throwing my eye out a bit, again this might just be me.
All that said, this aircraft is going to be at Waddington this year and I will be taking some prints of it to be handed over to the owner/s. I will try and post a pic later today or tomorrow.

BTW on the way back from Loughborough yesterday the BBMF's DC-3 was flying very low and towards us. The wife was quite taken a back by it so I hope she will have a fresh interest in her drawing of it. One lives in hope.
