Just back from the LLTM lan-party in Ahaus Germany.

I looked at the first page just now, I'll view the rest in a short while. That's a pretty big event, when you said lan party I thought it was a small one!

What was the building you are in there?

Yes every year there are about 100 - 150 Compitetors.
Some 30 - 40 IL-2 the rest Falcon 4 and Lock-on (but other sims are welcome as well).

Till now it was every second weekend in november. But it looks like it will move to spring time next year.

We have had editions in the Militaire Luchtvaart museum and Aviodrome museum in Holland in the last years.
This year it was in the Virtual Aerodrome in Ahaus Germany (close to the Dutch border). They have a nice location for parties and everything is in the setup of an airfield. A real nice location, so I hope we go there again next time.

We were in a big hall which was prepared for the lan-party.

They have this really cool facility there. For a small fee you can feel what real jetfighter pilots can feel. They have 3D motion simulators wich reacts to every touch on the sidestick. And when you are inverted, you can press the button to take a photo of yourself. I did this accidentally and ended looking up like I was in dire need of a visit to the toilet.
