GFR, I'm nit-picking but given the level you've reached, I have a (divine) right and duty to nit-pick:

The sort of cuff on the cannon (right near the border) lacks shape/roundness IMHO. Please don't answer that this is a still WIP, that would just spoil my nit-picking.

As for the rest... texture, weathering, shaping... all I can say is wow. Again.

Sorry to say this just as you call it done but to my eye something looks wrong about the front of the turret.

When I compared it with some pics I saw there should be a cutout on the underside. I have to say I'm no Leopard 2 expert so I might be wrong though!

Apart from the cutout I mentioned (I've drawn it on the pic) I think your entire turret is sitting too far forward? Compare the coloured lines please! (Hope you don't mind me using your image)

Don't be sorry! If its wrong its wrong (and you've presented reasonable evidence) sometimes its hard to see the forest for the trees, and it takes fresh eyes to point it out, its part of the reason that I post here.

I'll fix it next time I open the file.
