Re: Photoshop Cs4 Ext.V.// "Plug-In" ???
Hi, welcome to SPS.
I'm not certain what plugin you need. Maybe BRIGHT?:
http://www.simmerspaintshop.com/foru...-photoshop-36/
But I'm not sure. Ask your friend which plugin he suggests. We've got anything required for IL2 skinning right in our library, so once we know the name, you can get it set up.

Re: Photoshop Cs4 Ext.V.// "Plug-In" ???
First thing: If you save to BMP from Photoshop it will save as 24 bit. IL-2 needs 8-bit.
So, you would need to convert it to indexed color (Image- Mode)
But like Adlabds said, the results of Bright converting it from the 24bit BMP Photoshop saved to 8 bit is in most cases much better.
Bright is for download in our download section.
Another trick is to save it as GIF and then reopen it with Photoshop and save it asn BMP(without any editing). This time Photoshop saves it as 8 bit and the GIF convertor also makes a nice result.
