exhaust pipe color

Has anyone here a good suggestion for an exhaust pipe color? I'm new here on the forums and hope you can help me.

Depends on which AC? but here's some from my Hurri.

It's for a Heinkel He 100. But the model has some hard coded colors instead of textures. So I'm searching for one color that comes close. Here's what I did as a guess..

That Heinkel He-100 is a typical color of exhaust pipes. Remember, pipes are void of paint due to heat, therefore they rust. That is a good rust color.

You could also use different paintbrush tips to add rust that is less consistant.
