    Request on tutorials

    Hey guys, do you know some place on the internet where i can find good tutorials about making landing gears and guns for aircraft?

    Extremely true. I don't think that there is a way to explain how to make them. You'll just have to try.

    I can give you two tips, though: I have a file called "Tubes" where I've drawn a few tubes (shiny bare metal, roughly painted, etc.). I copy and paste these tubes and then resize them as needed for the gears.

    The second tip is about using the bevel and emboss thingie. If you have flexible tubes on your gear, just draw the path with a simple hard brush and use the B&E to give them the right shading. It's easier and more accurate this way and works very well for electrical wiring, hydraulic lines, etc...
