Simmerspeople,
Copied these markings (including balck undersuface) from photo taken at Singapore in 1941. Some debate as to unit, however consensus is RAF 27 Sqn. At any rate, they flew alongside RAAF Hudsons/ Buffaloes etc, hence my interest,
cheers lads,

Now, I don't mean to sound like a broken record but you are having the same issues that I pointed out in the Buffalo thread.
Once, I can understand, but twice in a matter of days...C'mon... Michael!
A near enough font just isn't good enough, when you have the quality of reference image(s) at hand, that you have.
This level of pedantic accuracy is important (to me) and separates the good profiles from the mediocre. Where do you sit?
GFR,
With superior guidance from learned forum colleagues, I am steered towards the enlightened side of excellence. The profile was done in the bad old days before I saw the light of correct RAF fonts, and in my pre-Buffalo era! This profile will be corrected soon ! You lads need to bear with me while I attempt a seamless transition from Pacific Army Air Corps to Far Eastern RAF. Btw, in that particular vein, can anyone guide me to a 'RAF font download' or some other similar beast if it exists?
Aye,
Mclaring
