Hi AircraftProfiles,
I think this looks fabulous! It has a wonderful life to it.
Ithink there is something wrong with the highlight over the rear wheel, though. It looks too hippy and makes it look like there is a crease there on the bottom edge of the highlight.
From memory, there is a crease at the top edge of the rear panel, but not where your highlight is.The crease down the side looks great, really strong.
Maybe the highlight at the rear needs to be made smaller and a bit softer on the bottom edge?
grubby.
Looking good! To add to what Grubby says, your gloss paint is really strong and shiny but your rims not so much. Can you beef up the chrome plating on the rims? It looks like there are a few more steps in the rim ring as well.
And the tires, is this a specific car or is it supposed to be a stock Shelby?
I'm not 100% sure but I think this car came stock with Goodyear tires, at least the white letter versions were.
As you can see in the factory photo-
Take a look at these for the contours of the rear quarter panel-
Notice the separate panel that formed the Kamm tail add on and the trunk line.
Anyway, NICE WORK and a killer subject!!!
(I LOVE CARS!)

Really nice 'Stang, but I bet its not a patch on the real thing.
Listen to Grubby he's the expert on all things glossy reflection.
Interesting timing considering im using the forthcoming weekend to drop a new engine into my '66.
