    Hi Mclaring, I dont know if you will find these drawings useful or not, if it does, all's well and good, if not, nothings lost.

    I made them with the help of a lot of photographs I took myself, so it might help you with some of the lighting or shapes, stuff like that.
    I wont say my shape is the most accurate, or that it is 100%, but it should be close enough to help out in a few areas.

    I like the feel of your drawings, they look very strong.

    Nice work mclaring, good to see other peoples interpretstions. Currently doing a MkVIII based on a spit used in Burma.

    Your rear tailwheel shouldnt be the same as a MkV, the 8's had a retractable tailwheel, should be able to see open covers as well.

    The intake on front eng cowling needs to be slightly larger as well.

    ys - thanks. changed the tailwheel and maingears, changed three bladed prop to four (duh), added mirror, lights, underwing detail, and few more effects . . . almost finished,
