I'm quite sure the pic you see there Kakukk is of the aircraft displayed in the Imperial War museum. It is a bit of a hotch botch restored from a mistel conversion? It has the top cowl gun bays covered over, but I have no idea about the holes in the cowl ring sorry.

This is an A8 cowling,from a destroyed plane.

"glory" holes: they are mechanic hatches,behind the cowling there are 5 screw,they are fixing the armour plate and the oil cooler together.

In the close future i have got pictures about it (i hope)

The highlight running on the rear fuselage is too thin near the canopy IMO.

Have you started working on the wing? Or is this just a "placeholder"? It will need more shape definition.

It's looking very good at any rate.

Wing is now just "placeholder" ,i havent got enough power for it yet
