Not sure yet, I am finishing the basic paintwork first, I believe it comes with red tail markings as standard but I don't have good experiences with Trumpeteer decals so perhaps I will get aftermarket ones

You're welcome about the J-model, the drawings seem to be reasonable but there are some pretty basic mistakes in them like the nozzles. I don't get it, if you are going to go through the trouble putting such a book together why not do a little bit more research? Oh well! Something to avoid if I ever make the Starfighter book

RVAH-7 had a really handsome scheme when they where disestablished in 77 or 78 with a all black tail and nose with a white star. Although RVAH-14 was only in service for a few years they had some spectacular paint schemes, with lightblue tail and a eagles head on the nose.

regarding ugly planes with a J79...there´s none: The B-58, F-104, A-5 and F-4 (The F-4 is the one that comes closest, but still not P5M Marlin ugly...acctually no way near ! )
