1m95 the one in the pic was PH-VES a 172 with a variable pitch prop on a super charged thylert diesel. I did about 8 hours on that one, great machine but most of my time is on 172's with Lycomings on AVGAS. Slow, fat and slabsided, great fun in a crosswind. I really should fly more but fuel prices and landing fees have gone up more times then the space shuttle in the last few years

No guns? No missiles? Looks nice but I'm sure it will be even better with paint

I doubt they let me loose on it if it had those Ugo, can I ask who the client is for this one? Or what kind of client?

Paint natural metal, stick a sidewinder on the wingtip pylon and stick a Stars n Bars on the side, wouldn't quite be a F-104 but it will have to do!

Doesn't seem to be quite so much civvy stuff as military, but it could just be me

I think weight wise you couldn't even stick a single sidewinder on there and still take off with any form of useable fuel let alone a person in there. 4 normal sized a-d-u-l-t-s (LOL at the language filter) pretty much cuts your fuelload in half in these puppies on a AVGAS Lycoming. I've seen em with turbine engines, now those looked like fun!

I did my first landing in a 172, bounced it a bit. A good ship though.
