    Re: Valkyrie hunter

AP, Great start! I've posted some close-up Banshee pics taken at Oceana on the Gallery. They might help for accuracy on canopy frame, etc.

    Keep it coming!

    Re: Valkyrie hunter

    Thanks for the feedback !
Yes itīs a Banshee a F2H-4 to be accurate. The somewhat crytic headline, refers to the Navys claim that the Banshee could launch and intercept the B-70 Valkyrie..donīt know if itīs true but looking at the aircraft i have mu doubts !

Anyway. Hereīs a full profile. As you can see the front part of the fuselage have been getting the most attention so far, but soon the rarefuselage wings and tank will have some panellines and some bumps too.
I consider the cockpit interior done, but both the nose wheel and the main wheel will be getting some more details.

Then itīs simply a matter of adding some colors to this bird. Iīll be doing a midnight blue version and a NM version too. Both from VF-11. Later i might do some some Gull grey Banshees too.

Vacajun: iīll look into the cockpit details ! I couldnīt find teh photos you posted, where did you put ttem ?

    Thanks again !

    Re: Valkyrie hunter

I know for you it's one of the last things to attend to but that highlight is very strong.

Good to see what is happening with certain shadows as well, makes life easier for us poor old folk stuck in 2D
    Harriers...uppy downy things.

Still the maingear and the nose gear need some more detailing.
