God what ugly looking beasts. You've managed to dress them up nicely though. When do we get back to the FW's and 109's???

Awww, lets face it we knew how to build good looking stuff, the demise of the British aviation industry was a tragedy for taste and design.

Good work there and glad you're quietly working away.

Just one tiny observation and it's mostly personal taste...the skull on C5019, just take the opacity down to 85% for me just to see what effect it has, looks too black at the moment.

I would do Chris but these are done and dusted, its one of the rules of the publisher. They like the work to be seen in print through their publication first before anyone else sees it. I got to admit too, it does add to the impact, seeing as these profiles have not been done previous in any shape or form.

I think the reason the blacks have gone so intense is due to the original size.
These lil things are about 7k wide. So in the reduction, wires and cables have almost vanished where as blacks and whites (dark greys and light greys) have just gone BnW.

They did look good in print though, we have tried to balance the drawings to suit the new vegetable based inks used in this publication.
