Does anyone know which gray and green the RAF used during the the 70s ans 80s before everything became low vis gray

Royal Navy FAA F-4K Phantom FG1
Top Side- R-88 G-87 B-105
Underside- R-178 G-176 B-167
RAF F-4M Phantom FGR2
Upper Green- R-80 G-78 B-74
Upper Grey- R-113 G-124 B-128
Lower Side Grey- R-173 G-173 B-168
