    Olive Drab versions

O.K... Anyone can clarify a situation with like 19 (!) different versions of USAAF olive drab? It's really confusing, especially for newbies like me...
In R/G/B values, if possible, please...

only one version of olive drab,

unfortunatley it was one of the worst paints used for fading, new paint was always darkest then changed to many different colours, including a slightly pink colour when in the desert

i will try to be more precise,

up to 1943 the aircorp used QMS41 after that date it should have been ANA613, both paints faded fast so start with these new colours then fade to taste

chip card followed by QMS41 then ANA613

    Re: Olive Drab versions

You rock, John. Thank you so much!
I always thought there were different versions of Olive Drab for planes that were manufactured & going to be sent to UK, different for USSR, different -- for Australia e.t.c...
So, when we see warhawks, bostons, dakotas, airacobras totally differ from each other -- that purely means environmental condition (theatre of operation) they've been used in? Initially (while in stock, before shipping) they had just the same color/shade of OD?
