Combining colors softwarw

Hi my name is Franco,
I am new here, my hobby is for airplane plastic kits scale 1/48 and 1/72. Can anyone indicate to me if there is a software to combine colors to create a new colors using RGB or hexcodes ?
For example entering with the following data:
10 % of 818B8D
plus
50% of C8C1B1
Plus
40% of 8B8C84
The software generate the new hexcode and show the resulting color.
I am sorry for my poor English, I hope to has been clear.
