Which font you need greatly depends on what you want to make.
Every airline has itīs own lettering.

You can try the font search links we have. There are some (free) fonts that look very similar to those of brands. There are also websites with logoīs of all kinds of companies, airliners among them.

There are many variables involved with this question... registration regulations for the countrty, operator specs and builder specs. Some are custom fonts, which would require you to draw art for the registraion yourself (more often than not). Comon fonts might be DIN or Helvetica of various weights. Check your references.
