You are right, Ugo, first Pavesis appeared in WW1.
Here's the Pavesi P4/100 with impressive sand tires for use in NA.

Maybe more work on the canvas top? It looks like fake rubber or plastic.
And the one with the flag, the flag looks like high gloss vinyl.
Also on the last one maybe tone down the tire highlights, they're pretty white.
Cool overall look and really neat vehicles!!!
