Airliners!
Hey guys! Been lurking on here for about two years just checking out everybody's incredible work after a friend told me about this site. There's really some amazing stuff on here! Since most of the subjects posted here are military-related, I thought I'd help amo balance things out a little with some work that I've done in Illustrator since 2010 (even though this stuff would probably put some of you to sleep). I know the "standard" profile displays the left side of the aircraft with gear up, but I couldn't resist doing both sides with a gear-up and gear-down option
Because of how long it takes me to do each profile, as well as my lack of free time, I don't have a whole lot of subjects done yet. But here are a few:

Re: Airliners!
I'm not big on civvie stuff, myself, especially modern airliners, but those are fantastic! I really love the American NMF 727! The sense of depth on them is very good.
Cheers,
Logan

Re: Airliners!
VERY NICE! I'm used to a lot of airline profiles being more simplified, it's nice to see some heavy detail

Re: Airliners!
Welcome.
Just remember that there is no right or wrong types, directions or styles, no matter what John says.
Even though I know even less about Airliners than I do about the era that I usually work in, these look really good. I especially like the way you have represented the highly polished exteriors.
Illustrator you say.

Yep!
Ever since I started using it in 2010 to learn how to work with vector graphics I haven't done any of my profile work in a raster graphics program...lol.
