    Does anybody use Photoshop Elements?

    I want to create my own liveries but can't afford Photoshop. Has anybody tried using Photoshop Elements? Is it better than Paintshop Pro?

    Hi,
    I used to use Photoshop Elements 2, and it suited my needs years ago. But I am not sure that newer versions are the same.

    I now use GIMP, which is free and available for Windows. The new 2.8 version was just released. Might be worth a look.

    Sorry I have not used photoshop element yet but I am using photoshop. I am quite with it's performance also.Why dont you afford photoshop for editing task?
