RLM 61
The upper surfaces were RLM61, RLM62, RLM63. But (as usual) there seem to be some variation in opinion on the shades.
RLM63 seems the trickiest as it appears to be almost pure grey with just a tint of something but the shade is greatly varied in the samples.
I've put together a selection for discussion.

RLM63 which seems to be the worst.![]()

Hmmm.... invisible...
That REALLY is bad
On a serious note: I guess you know my story about it and which sources I prefer for RLM.
The best result for RLM are: use the RAL translation table which is possible for most RLM values.
Then you should use the RAL software to get the proper RGB values for your device.
So, a printer, CRT or LCD monitor all have different RGB values to reproduce the same color.
You can do the same with US colors and FS.
Best is to compare your print with the color chip that come with the book Luftwaffe Colours 1935-1945 which is probably the best resource on the subject.

Oops the chips came with Luftwaffe camouflage and markings.
And the bad news is that RLM 63 is not among them.
I didn't look it up, but I recall that they only made chips for the colors that are known.
When I dug into the RLM system I followed RAL 7004, which looks most like the second or third from the bottom line.
By the time it gets churned out by the printers it could look like anyone of those swatches above, lol.![]()
right here we go again,
this is MY version of the colours, based on NEW paint, it is then up to you to weather to your choice, with regard the 3 colour scheme used prewar the paint was made to a very high standard with plenty of stocks held by the units so there would be very little variation, only weathering.
i don't care what Ullman said about RLM 63 because it is mentioned in technical orders, this would not be so if the paint did not excist
