of which propeller manufacturer is this logo on a Westland Lysander?

Interesting in that most technical documents I have seen indicate that the propeller used on the Lysander Mk. I,II and II was a de Havilland 11 foot, 2 pitch, three blade propeller. But this logo is not a de Havilland logo as far as I know. Hope someone can shed some light on this.

Might just the blades be manufactured by said company and not the whole assembly?

Could also be an acceptance stamp or something like that?
