Paste marks (help for rookie )
Regards to all.
I need help for next cuestion about Gimp and IL-2 1946.
I read the tutorial "Adding markins in Gimp", from Adlabs6, ( I´m grateful ),and I have not had problems to put single marks on skins.
The problem, or my problem, is when those marks are in twin, two circles , a.e., I do not know like separate it. Can you help me ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Howard! I accidentally did quick reply. Lol. New here myself.
If you need help with this issue I can offer advice. I have a similar predicament when pasting new text like Cyrillic or other... where I need to paste and then arrange many things at once.
One simple approach to this is actually the way I usually work: in your picture, you show a blank skin, and a layer that is only the two roundels.
OK. Firstly... I would created a new transparent layer between the skin and your new roundels. Then, I would merge the roundels down. So you now have two layers once again.
Now I would create yet another transparent layer.. above your roundels. This should give you three layers.
Using a select tool, either the rectangle or the free select, it dissent matter... select only one roundel on the roundel layer. Right click and COPY.
Now go to the top layer. The one above your roundels.. and right click paste anywhere. Now that's where you want the roundel. Now you can move it wherever you need, resize it(remember when scaling to check mark the "keep aspect ratio" control).
when its just right... go to your layer control window, the roundel should appear as a fourth floating "clipboard" layer. right click on the clipboard layer and hit " anchor layer" ..viola!
Repeat till your heart is content! Or at least until you have all the roundels or markings you need. Lol. Then simply hide the layer with the two original roundels! There you go! Hope it helps!
