I have been working on another Duck Painting for the federal contest it will take about a month, due August 15th, Art Duck O. I have unfinished work on 2 other B-18s, and a O-47 in the works but nothing to show yet, just got back from the Gettysburg battle 150th with my son for a week took lots of photos, 15,000 renactors (several from England), 220 cannon, 2000 cavalry. I think it is just the time of year where everyone’s busy outside and with family events.

That reenactment sounds like epic fun! Did you guys take part?

No, we do have a relative who was there 150 years ago. Maj. David B. Bridgford, 1st Virginia Battalion, Provost Martial, Gen Lee's Hq. Escort, 2nd corps Army of northern virginia

For my part, I've been very absent lately. The usual heavy workload at school for the final exams + buying a new house + working on it + moving into it. On top of that, I've had several commissions for the French AF and other units, and I've had to take over some of the duties of the president of the Commemorative Air Force - French Wing, as he is unfortunately in very poor health.

Hopefully, though that may well be wishful thinking, things should tone down and I'll have more free time for profiles and exchanging here on SPS.
