    aircraft carrier flight deck

    Hi Guys,

    may be this is the wrong section....anyway
    I would like to texture a modern fligh deck for my Carrier.
    who can help me, teaching the method, using photoshop, to recreate this deck...(see the attached files).
    I found two examples....
    it should be something like this on final:


    How can I recreate the "small dots"( they are not dots:sorry I do not know the right name in English)
