Link to Download and Color index pages fixed

Hello,

In Internet Explorer the drop down menu is broken. Since a while you don't get the drop down anymore, like you did before, or like you do using other browsers.
To fix this, the link in the menu now links directly to the indexpages of the download page and the color index. From those pages, you can navigate to the page you want.

For browsers that still support the drop down menu, nothing has changed.

We moved to a new server, what caused the problem. It's working again.
