I don't use black interface. Grey is the best.

Personally I think the dark interface is much more beneficial for graphic artists. It allows the interface to sit in the background subtly doing it's job, yet allowing what you are actually working on pop out of the screen and physically feel like it's not part of the interface... You forget about the interface even being there until you need to use it....
