Exclamation Which parts of SPS shoulde be saved?

I am looking if it is possible to save some parts/resources of SPS against a more reasonable cost.
So please reply which parts you value most and which part you never use. Also suggestions are welcome
Iĺl give a list of parst we have on the site:
    forum - for profile drawing
    forum - for skinners/repainters
    tutorials
    color charts
    downloads - fonts and markings
downloads = templates for flight simulators (il-2 mostly)
    photo' s

Based on what you all reply I can calculate what is possible and what would be the best choice

    Personally:
    - Forum for profile drawing (just nice to see what others are doing from time to time.)

For others who might need them:
    - tutorials
    - colour charts
    - downloads - fonts and markings

    For me:
    Profiling forum.
    Colour charts.

    For you:
I presume it a question of whether the traffic justifies any expense at all.

Re: Which parts of SPS shoulde be saved?

I personally think Facebook is the way forward for a forum like this. It's free and there are workarounds for storing files. Just store them in a free online repository and post the links... or for information that can be compiled into an infographic then do that (colour charts, tutorials etc) and place in a photo album. Or pdf's for long tutorials: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3u0BH7i-Ss4

To be fair there is not enough traffic on SPS to warrant any kind of financial outlay. I am an admin for a few FB pages and the possibility for growth is ridiculous. It's like a snowball effect and before you know it you could have a massive amount of members... Facebook will get better at doing this in the future too in my opinion...

    Me.

Although I have not contributed much to this community, I have lurked for a while now.

In my opinion, it's ALL worth saving, but I understand that is not possible.

    Personally for me:

    - tutorials
    - colour charts
    - downloads - fonts and markings

Shame to see it go this way, but totally understandable.

Re: Which parts of SPS shoulde be saved?

I'm well and truly sorry this site is closing, sooooooooooooooooooooo sad.
For me... keep profile forum and colour charts.
Just an idea, could we have somewhere where people can leave url's, contact info etc so we all don't have to go searching the planet. A lot of you may or may not or may not have the same user names...example, I only know GFR as GFR here at SPS, what and who are you elsewhere????

    Regards
