hi im new here 
just got one question i need a few markings for my 109 but they all in psd
and i only have gimp.

gimp should be able opening psd files. you may loose the layer prosperties, but from my experience it should work.

Indeed, Gimp has no problem with .psd files that I have noticed so far. .psp files are a different matter.
When you open them, just save them as .xcf which is Gimp's native file format for future use.
