Like the 109 but who made the B-17 skins? or are they skins? I only ask because the metal is very nice

Ah, a classic.

I had two of them in the seventies and bought one for old times sake last year. The kit however is more of a primitive toy than a model in todays scale model world.

And yes, the box art sold these kits back then. I'd like to fondly add Roy Huxley who painted for Matchbox, and Brian Knight who did artwort for Revell.
