    Nice skin indeed. It's verry interesting to see how skinners can give so different looks to the same plane (compare this one with mine ...).
    By the way R0NNC0, it seems that for the 343th kokutai, figures on the hinomarus were white.

    Indeed.

    As for the numbers, I've seen them in white on a lot of profiles, but this photo got me thinking otherwise:

    Well R0NNC0, it seems that this picutre is fake colorised from a N&B picture of the N?15 at ground. You may get more information by reading this POST.
    I've also been fooled by this picutre when I started my "15".

    Indeed, it seems to be a very clever fake. In the B&W photo, the numbers appear to have the same shade as the border around the hinomaru. White it is then.
