You still need DXTBMP. This tutorial is not for FS only but more about general Photoshop functions. Actually not based on FS but another Flightsim.
Great tutorial. One question though. I have seen other tutorials online and they mention and use a program called DXTBMP to convert the FS 2004 plane's texture file to a regular 24bit file. Then, after using PhotoShop, use DXTBMP to convert back to it's original bit state. Is DXTBMP not needed anymore?; can PhotoShop perform the convert itself? I have version PhotoShop CS, not CS3.

I noticed that the max remove white, is for the MAC....I have windows 7 on a dell computer, is their a remove white for this kind o system....
Also i have made 2 differant paints already....Problem is when i add the polished metal look i still get a grey metal, or painted look grey....
The aircraft in question is the A2A WOP3 P51D mustang.....You can see the screens on the P51D threads on A2As forum....They are POW/MIA mustang, the other is Berlin Express....
When i get the polished metal to come out, their is no paint work the shows.....
There is remove white for PC, look in the downloads section. It works with the version of PS you have. Not with the latest versions.
