Showcase 2008

After the succes of the Showcase 2007 we decided to go on with this idea.
But... with a couple of changes.

We think the prizes we had fit well for the people visiting this site and entering the contest. So, this year we will look for similar prizes.

Now for the changes. We thought the contest was running a bit long, so we split it into two contests running for six months.

• From January to May, we will have a Screenshot contest. In June there will be a final to pick a winner from the top ten entries.
• From July to November we will have a contest for profiles. And again a final in December with a winner chosen from a top five or top ten (depending on the number of entries).
• Also from July to November we will run a contest for the best skin or repaint.

The skin contest is done by posting unedited screenshots of your skin/repaint. So, it's not about the best screenshot, but about the skin. Show only one aircraft or vehicle, and you just have to make sure that your skin looks at it's best in this screenshot.

And also this year we will give away a nice prize to one of the people who voted. And again the rule is: the more you vote, the bigger the chances you have!

Note that you should Upload your work into the categories Screenshots 2008, Profiles 2008 and Skins and Repaints 2008. Those categories are only open for uploading in the months that these competitions run.
