Help: What Font type this is...

Hi, to all :

Would like to know what type of font is this? Philippine Air Force's F-86F Sabres came directly from USAF inventory... most often than not aircraft were pressed into service carrying some if not all the previos marking, serials .. and this one is an example of many others... Would appreciate any information on the font and is it available "free" on line...
